Fiberglass is outperformed by the 3-month pleated 1-inch home air filters designed for your furnace, air conditioner, or HVAC system. These filters are washable, non-electrostatic, and feature the exclusive Filtrete Brand 3-in-1 technology from 3M, which helps trap unwanted air particles while allowing cleaner air to flow through.

The filters are capable of attracting and capturing particles such as lint, pollen, dust, pet dander, smoke, and smog. With a MERV 11 rating, the higher the MPR (Microparticle Performance Rating), the more microparticles, including pollen, pet dander, smoke, bacteria, and viruses, the filter will capture from the air passing through it.

Available in 4-inch, 4-inch slim fit, and 5-inch thick air filters, the MPR 1000, MPR 1200, and MPR 1550 options provide a range of sizes to accommodate your needs. For optimal performance, it is recommended to change your home air filter at least every 90 days for 1-inch filters, and at least every 12 months for 4-inch and 5-inch filters.

Designed for residential use only, the Filtrete Smart app allows you to create a change countdown. Simply scan the barcode on your filter's packaging, then choose 30, 60, or 90 days for your replacement countdown. When the lifespan is up, you'll receive a notification to change your filter.
